Structural and active agenda planning for all account managers

Bosch, supplier of lasting solutions for heating and warm water, has allowed Tele-Sales Direct to take care of its structural agenda planning. A dedicated Bosch call team manages the agendas of eleven account managers throughout the whole year. That is a lot of work. Existing and dormant clients as well as prospective clients are called. They are then divided into target groups ranging from wholesale business to fitter and from advisor to housing association. Efficiency and an optimally filled agenda with the most favourable routing are keywords in this cooperation. To this end, a direct link has been established between the call team and Bosch’s account managers. The appointments end up directly in the account managers’ Outlook calendar. In addition, the appointments are confirmed by Tele-Sales Direct by post or by e-mail. Bosch’s account managers pass on their specific wishes and demands to the call team, which will take these wishes into account when compiling the call list and planning. Furthermore, the account managers do not need to fear an overload: The visit frequency per client has been determined in advance and can be adjusted during the cooperation.
