Keller kitchens is an important player in the kitchen market. Consumers are happy to be inspired by the designs of the Dutch kitchen manufacturer. Furthermore, in the business market the company is known to be the partner who delivers perfect customization in every project. Every year, around 40.000 kitchens are delivered to housing associations, project developers, contractors and care institutions among others.

Follow up Leads

Recently, Keller kitchens was represented on the BouwBeurs, the international meeting place for building companies and their customers. The fair was a great success and provided no less than 350 (new-business) leads. Naturally, Keller kitchens desired to present a good follow-up. To this end, they appealed to Tele-Sales Direct. Determined, we started to work with these new contacts. The result: a conversion rate of 75% to a visiting appointment. A respectable outcome indeed!
