How long do we retain personal details
Tele-Sales Direct BV will retain your personal details no longer than strictly necessary to realise the goals for which your details were collected. We use the following terms of retention for the following (categories) of personal details:

  • Application details, a maximum of 1 years after applying, also referred to later in this statement.
  • Personal details, a maximum of 7 years after leaving employment, which is the statutory retention period.
  • Company-related details (incl. contacts), a maximum of 10 years after termination of the employment.
  •  Email addresses provided for purposes of marketing, unlimited until the moment of unsubscribing.

Sharing personal details with third parties

Tele-Sales Direct BV will not sell your details to third parties and will provide them only if this is required for the implementation of our agreement with you, or to comply with a statutory obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your details, to ensure a similar level of security and confidentiality of your details. Tele-Sales Direct remains responsible for all processing.

Tele-Sales Direct BV provides a service where the content of the data provided and issued is to the customer’s own wishes. That is why Tele-Sales Direct does not rule out that other types of data than mentioned above were issued to them for the implementation of the service provision. In terms of the GDPR, Tele-Sales Direct is “processor” of this data.

The purpose for which and the basis on which we process personal details
Tele-Sales Direct BV processes your personal details for the following purposes:

  • The implementation of our services;
  • The handling of payments;
  • Submitting a newsletter and/or advertising brochure;
  • To be able to call you or email you, if necessary to be able to perform our service;
  • To inform you about any changes to our services and products;
  • To be able to deliver goods and services to you. Tele-Sales Direct BV also processes personal details when this is required by law, such as details required for our tax declaration.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect details about persons under the age of 16 years old.

Details: access, adjustment or removal

You are entitled to access, correct or remove your personal details. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any permission for the processing of your details, or to object to the processing of your personal details by Tele-Sales Direct BV and you also have the right to data-transferability. That means that you can request us to send any personal details that we have of you, in a computer file, to a different organisation, named by you.

How we protect personal details
Tele-Sales Direct BV takes the protection of your details very seriously and takes appropriate measure to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, undesired publication or adjustment. We, for instance, make use of the latest security standards and hold an ISO27001 certification. In addition, we ensure that the data that you share with us, will be stored only in the EU.

If you respond to one of our vacancies, you don’t want your details to be used for processes that you are not aware of. That is why we will inform you about what will happen to your details.

In order to have your application run as smoothly as possible, we would like to have the following information about you:

  • Contact details (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address etc.)
  • Availability
  • Extensive CV (including, for instance, education and work experience)

In addition, by submitting your application, you give us permission to perform an online screening, as part of the application procedure (e.g. LinkedIn, etc.).

We will not pass on your information to third parties for commercial purposes. Only third parties that assist us in finding new colleagues will sometimes require access to (sharing) your details. We will ensure that these third parties will treat your information confidentially and that they adhere to the regulations.

Even if you will not become our colleague now, we would still like to retain your details, because perhaps we will be looking for you in the future. That is why we will retain your personal details for a maximum of 1 year after completion of the application procedure.
